Job Description:
We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing sales pipelines, reaching out to potential clients, and nurturing relationships with existing customers, primarily electrical supply store branches. This role involves extensive use of HubSpot for lead management, sales tracking, and customer communication. Your goal will be to expand our presence in untapped markets and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing B2B clients, focusing on electrical supply stores like City Electric Supply and C.E.D.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our interlock kits, addressing any technical questions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the electrical, generators, or home improvement sectors.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels of retail and distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
