Job description

Generator Service Center is seeking a qualified, professional candidate to join our team in the role of Receptionist/Scheduler. Would you describe yourself as a “go-getter”? A strong conversationalist is a must—someone who responds promptly to customer needs and communicates with clarity and confidence. Your responsibilities will vary from day to day, so flexibility and the ability to absorb new information quickly are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer communication: Answer phone calls, provide customers with information regarding quotes, service callouts and coordinate service needs effectively.
  • Organize daily schedules, scheduling and coordination repairs, quotes and jobs for technicians
  • Contract, Folder and label management
  • Send out maintenance contracts
  • Receive and process payments
  • Managing and tracking generator installations
  • Administrative support to other departments
  • Maintaining computerized customer profile information
  • Opens service work orders in our operating system and verifies the accuracy of the customer data.
