Territory Sales Manager – Field Services & Power Solutions
Generator Source is seeking a highly experienced Territory Sales Manager of Field Services & Power Solutions to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Denver, Colorado area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales leader with a strong background in industrial power solutions and field service sales.

We specialize in new and low-hour industrial diesel and natural gas generators ranging from 50kW to 4000kW, featuring top brands such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Kohler, Generac, and MTU.
Position Summary
The Territory Sales Manager – Field Services & Power Solutions will be responsible for driving external sales, developing new business opportunities, and leading strategic growth initiatives within the Denver metropolitan area. This role requires an experienced sales professional who excels at relationship-building, understands industrial power systems, and can deliver innovative solutions, particularly in the field services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of external sales and field service operations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial power and field services sector.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their unique power and service requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
- Provide technical consultation to customers regarding power generation solutions, electrical system challenges, and field service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including service technicians, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver weekly progress updates to senior leadership, highlighting key growth metrics and field service initiatives.
- Manage and optimize supply chain coordination, scheduling, and forward-ordering to support project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 10 years of proven success in industrial sales management, business development, and field services sales.
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working with field service operations and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Knowledge of local industry regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
