Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic External Services Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Denver area. This role is crucial to driving growth and managing key accounts, particularly in the critical power segments we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage external sales and service operations.
- Address customer needs and offer tailored solutions for challenges in their electrical systems.
- Oversee budget coordination and management to ensure financial efficiency.
- Engage in daily operations, including customer communication and revenue-generating activities.
- Provide weekly growth and initiative updates to the senior management team.
- Manage supply chain, forward ordering, and scheduling for the elevated work platform.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 10 years of experience in industrial sales management and business development.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic development, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and build distribution networks.
- Familiarity with local legislation, sales strategies, and market requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to foster business partnerships.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
