We offer an uncapped commission structure with a guaranteed income feature. There is a potential to earn $50,000 to $90,000 per year. Our unique paid training program component provides generous base earnings, giving you peace of mind.

We are offering guaranteed salary for the first 90 days of employment.

What you do:

At Generator Supercenter, we are driven to delight our customers by offering personalized sales experience, quality name brand Generac generators, and an outstanding customer experience. We put our customers first in all we do, so you will make connections and discover needs. You will work in collaboration and partnership with other Team Members to ensure that your client’s needs for standby power are brought to life. You will build and maintain your relationship with your client to ensure their needs are met for now and years to come.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide an elevated level of service to our customers from contact through installation and beyond
• Build relationships with customers both independently and in collaboration with our amazing marketing team.
• Provide product, service, and finance expertise based on your customer’s needs
• Utilize our company provided tablets and proprietary technology for customer communication
• Engage with our clients using Generator Supercenters customer relationship system and provide professional follow up

Successful Generator Supercenter Sales Consultants:

As a Generator Supercenter Sales Consultant, you must be highly driven and self-motivated to achieve individually while being a supportive team member as you contribute to overall store success and customer satisfaction. You must also be highly organized and able to maintain a responsive follow-up schedule. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to connect and establish relationships with a diverse group of customers. Successful Generator Supercenter Sales Consultants excel in creating connections with our customers, understanding their needs, and help to bring the vision of their homes needs to life.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• College education preferred, High School / GED or equivalent required; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Positive and engaging personality
• Creative flare and energetic attitude
• Ability to overcome customer objections
• Familiarity with a broad range of generator products preferred, but not required
• Ability to work a retail schedule
• Computer proficiency including email experience required; knowledge and use of MS Office software preferred; Tablet/iPad operation abilities strongly preferred
