Service Writer/ Inventory Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers and reviewing their accounts and making suggestive add on sales.

Responsibilities:

• Contact existing scheduled customers to review their generator.
• Suggest and sell add-on like service items as needed.
• Data entry and payment processing

• Work order creation and scheduling
• Updating spreadsheets to reflect daily progress.

• Ordering and maintaining service parts and materials

Qualifications:

• 3 years sales experience
• Phone sales experience

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic generator knowledge (not required but preferred)

This is an hourly base, plus commission position.
