Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Marketing Support: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies that support individual franchise locations, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute local and regional marketing campaigns, including digital ads, direct mail, social media promotions, and email marketing.
- Franchise Communication: Serve as the point of contact for franchisees, providing marketing support, guidance, and resources to help them successfully promote their locations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular performance updates and insights to both franchisees and the corporate marketing team.
- Vendor Relations: Collaborate with external vendors, including designers, printers, and digital marketing platforms, to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services.
- Training & Support: Help train franchise owners and their teams on how to use marketing tools and best practices to execute effective local marketing efforts.
- Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Experience in franchise marketing or multi-location marketing is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (corporate teams, franchisees, customers).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, content management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Creative & Detail-Oriented: Ability to create compelling marketing materials and manage campaigns with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Capable of thinking on your feet, troubleshooting marketing issues, and finding solutions for franchisee challenges.
- Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external franchisees.
- Organized & Multi-Tasking: Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
