What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Generator Supercenter?
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, scheduling, preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents/spreadsheets. Other duties will include assisting the office manager with generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
Duties and responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents, photocopy/scan, etc. as needed
- Schedule appointments
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in-person
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Update existing customer information
- Document all call information according to standard operation procedures
- Help where needed in the office

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
