The Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage regional office operations to achieve sales and service goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Oversee and support office managers in their day-to-day activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reports to senior management
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the sales or service industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- 75% Travel Required - Willingness to travel within the region
- Available to be on call and work weekends as needed
