Position Summary
We are looking for a great Full Time Customer Service Admin to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full-time, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday ( some OT & Saturdays as needed during severe weather events)
- Answer and assist with incoming customer calls, scheduling of services and maintenance in a professional and friendly manner
- Effectively help deescalate calls and identify solutions for dissatisfied customers
- Maintain customer accounts, assist in service billing, processing payments and update customer records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide minor technical support for customers w/generators & monitor service and system set-ups
- Be a team player and provide general support to co-workers and higher management when needed
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Rep, Receptionist, or Administrative assistant (2 yrs min.)
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Google sheets
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be dependable & punctual
