Job Description:
- ClientAcute Care is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Lakeport, CA near beautiful Clear Lake and is approximately 125 miles northwest of Sacramento.
- This 81 bed facility is ideally looking for submitted candidates to have completed at least one 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility, however this is not a requirement._
- Requires 3 references from 3 most recent employers to submit.
- SNF experience is a must.
