Clinic Physician- South Bend, WA

Location : South Bend, WA 98586

Job Type : Full Time Permanent

Schedule : 4

10 hour shifts
PTO accrual, CME, Relocation and housing can be negotiated EOE.
Excellent benefit package, Medical, Vision, Dental insurance for provider and family paid for by employer. 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions based on policy.

Job Summary :

This position is not a hospital position, it's for the Client only.

Clinic Physician provides clinical services within the scope of practice of his / her specialty; adheres to all treatment, procedure and medication guidelines as directed by clinic policies and state or federal law; conducts self in a professional manner, strictly following confidentiality policies and working cooperatively and supportive with other staff; regularly evaluates staff and provider performance, providing constructive feedback and realistic expectations.

Employer Details

Client is a small, not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital located in South Bend, Washington.

We provide access to our main campus to Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, in house complex lab services, imaging technology including, CT, 3-D Mammography, Mobile MRI and Nuclear medicine along with, Respiratory Therapy and Tele-stroke program. Hospitalist and Swing bed program.

South Bend is known as the "Oyster Capital of the World", located in North Pacific County on the Client River.
