We have Contract role for MRI Tech for our client Carbondale, IL. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.

Position Details:

MRI Tech- Carbondale, IL

Location : Carbondale, IL 62901

Project Duration : 3 Months (Contract)

Salary : $66/hr.

Shift details : Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM -10:30 PM

Job Description:

ARRT (MR) preferred
What are the call requirements? Call: Every sixth week, one week at a time. 1030 PM-6:00 AM Monday through Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00 AM Friday, 7:30 PM-7:00 AM Saturday, and 7:30 PM-6:00 AM Sunday. If they have a three-month contract this would be seldom!
Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM -10:30 PM

Role Specific Responsibilities:

Performs MRI
Utilizes PACS system correctly
Assists in clerical and office duties to maintain department efficiency
Checks MRI schedule with Radiologist to verify scan protocol
Maintains IV/Contrast competency

Education:

Associate’s degree in Radiology or Certification

Licenses and Certification:

ARRT Certification in the area of Radiology, MRI
IEMA Licensure
CPR

Experience and Skills

Technical Experience: 1 year preferred
