MAMMOGRAPHY TECH- Delta, CO
Location : Delta, CO 81416
Project Duration : 13 weeks contract
Salary Range : $55 / hr - $58 / hr
Shift : 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 07 : 00-15 : 30
Job Description :
Required Education & Experience :

- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Completion of an AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT Registration and BLS Certification Required. Proficiency and certification in Mammography is required or within six months of hire.
- Two years previous experience in a Hospital setting as a Mammographer preferred.
- Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer Skills : Must demonstrate a working knowledge of the RIS / PACS system and understanding and working knowledge of the Windows environment and Meditech.
