Job Description :
- This is a full-time position working in our pharmacy providing high quality, cost effective pharmaceutical and / or related services to patients, physicians and appropriate customer groups.
- participates in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and to provide support to patients, patient's family, medical staff team and other appropriate persons.
- To maintain accurate and adequate documentation of services provided. Position takes rotating call as required.
