Project Duration : 6 months

Location : Philadelphia, PA, 19103

Summary:

Oracle HCM Security SME

Remote position, prefer Eastern Time Zone, may go into office on occasion

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Troubleshooting HCM security issues.
• Creating and assigning data roles and security profiles.
• Create security profiles to restrict data access
• Ability to interpret security access points relationship
• Manage elevated user access and monitoring.
• Understanding of Area Of Responsibility AOR and its connection with OTBI/BI
• Developing and managing security roles for reports and data access.
• Using HDL/SHDL for user management and Data import
• Develop auto-provisioning rules and automate user management.
• Support various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including HR Core, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll, Profile Management, and Performance Management.
• Gather and analyze data to create functional documentation, including business process flows, requirements documents, test plans, and test scripts.
• Test security roles and document results.
• Proficient in using Sand Box and its component
• IDCS console administration.
• Design security roles for FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse)/FDI.
• Supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Security governance and industry best practices.
• HR Risk management and Advanced Control module implementation.
• Knowledge of SOD controls and monitoring user activity.
• Automated HCM configuration and transaction monitoring.
• Data analysis and functional documentation.
• Security role testing and documentation.
• Managing Oracle Service Requests.
• Managing audits and documentation.
• Agile software development practices.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development.
