Job Description:
- Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN
- Experience with hospice case management required
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
- Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
- Work schedule Monday-Friday
- Looking for a nurse with NO time off requests for this contract
