What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gardener/Landscaping Crew Member position at Generous Earth Gardens?
Our landscape design, install and maintenance company is looking to hire to hire for the 2024 season and beyond. Start date of employment is immediately. Applicants should be interested in various aspects of gardening and sustainability. Our company has a very pleasant and small work environment, so we would be looking for someone who can contribute to the overall positivity of the group. We are looking to hire a hard working person who can work continuously throughout the day. Physical activities for the season include; mulching multiple properties a day, pruning woody shrubs/perennials, lifting debris into trucks, planting trees/shrubs, repetitive bending and planting bulbs. The perfect candidate is dependable, self reliant, motivated and contributes to the positivity team!
Looking for someone with fine gardening experience, but can train the right candidate. Candidates should be able to understand, or willing to learn, appropriate pruning techniques, plant and weed Id and general professional landscaping practices. Hard work and experience pays off in competitive a competitive salary. Pay is based on experience.
Part time and full time positions available.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
