Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our property management activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring that all tenants receive exceptional service while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties
- Assist property manager in all daily activities
- Operate and delegate all transaction through AppFolio
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on service completion to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate operations, including preparing reports and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and legal administrative processes is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and vendors.
- Proficiency in general administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and managing schedules.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
