Starting Pay : $27.1706 Hourly ($56,515)
After 1st Year : $28.0959 Hourly ($58,439)
After 2nd Year : $29.1922 Hourly ($60,720)
After 3rd Year : $31.7249 Hourly ($65,988)
After 4th Year : $33.4890 Hourly ($69,657)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree -AND- one (1) year of experience in probation, law enforcement, corrections, guidance and counseling, substance abuse services, pre-trial services, family counseling, vocational counseling or social work;
Bachelor's degree -AND- three (3) years' experience in Genesee County Circuit Court-Family Division.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES : Performs professional casework duties in any one of a number of social or casework fields; engages in activities related to the supervision of juvenile offenders to ensure compliance of terms and conditions of probation; arranges for services ordered by the Court; works with probationer according to treatment plan directed towards discharge from probation; works under supervision; performs related duties as required.
