Position : Caring Steps Children's Center Lead Caregiver
Hours : 40 hours / week 12 month position
Reports to : Caring Steps Children's Center Director
Supervises : Classroom Assistant Caregiver and Caregiver staff
Pay rate : $15.50 per hour
Qualifications :
- 19 Years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. CDA or an Associates' degree in early childhood education or Montessori credential. Bachelors' degree or higher in early childhood education preferred.
- Ability to monitor, guide, and oversee assistant staff
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate use of good judgement
- Ability to interact and communicate positively and appropriately
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance required.
