Salary Range : $22.25 - $26.50 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for the setup, implementation and client support for the bank’s Treasury Management and Merchant Services products and services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Treasury Management / Merchant Service and Support :
- Perform the set up and implementation for Treasury Management products including but not limited to ACH Origination, Virtual Check Deposit, Positive Pay, and Treasury Management online banking.
- Provide training to clients on Treasury Management online banking; refer more complex training needs to Treasury Management Specialist II.
- Conduct the daily Positive Pay process.
- Provide day to day client support related to Treasury Management and Merchant Services products and services.
- Support the Commercial Relationship Associate team in providing 1^st level support to clients related to basic Treasury management needs and technical support Transaction Processing :
- Process daily transactions for Lease Security, Lockbox and Cash Vault services.
- Conduct required Virtual Check Deposit administration.
- Open and process Quick Rate CD requests.
- Prepare audit confirmations and respond to credit inquiries. Exemplify the GRB Experience by maintaining a high degree of professionalism while providing outstanding customer service to the bank’s clients. Meet expectations in performance, productivity and quality standards. SECONDARY DUTIES :
- Utilize nCino to track and document client interactions
- Special projects as assigned by management
- Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commercial banking or Treasury Management experience preferred. COMPETENCIES :
