Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for creating, developing and implementing digital initiatives, strategies and performance across Genesis and its affiliated Centers. This individual will serve as a consultative partner to the organization, helping Centers to innovate, educate and steward their local center brand while working closely with national and regional teams to achieve the company's growth and brand objectives.
This role will rely on data-driven insights to activate brand awareness, customer engagement, and reputation.
Overview of the responsibilities and core impact this role will make :
- Development of clear digital marketing strategy to bring the brand to life
- Strategic advancement of the external reputation and brand of Genesis and its affiliated Centers through meaningful and well-orchestrated digital marketing strategies and initiatives
- Revolutionize digital processes or tactics connected to digital strategies including building HootSuite capabilities and functionality from infancy
- Support local digital marketing initiatives and inspire the brand stewards in our centers and at the national level
