Responsibilities

Play a key role in driving creative delivery and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing initiatives as our Senior Director, Marketing and Brand. You will be responsible for consulting directly with our nursing centers to help them build effective marketing approaches within established company brand guidelines. They will leverage exceptional creative skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve remarkable reputational results for our nursing centers.

Collaborate at the Corporate level and with nursing centers to develop and implement marketing

strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives to drive patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Serve as a brand ambassador and guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and

standards across all marketing materials and channels

Lead the development of creative assets and marketing materials, including print collateral,

digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of

marketing initiatives

Who You Are

Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and creative development processes

Excellent creative skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling marketing

campaigns and materials.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

diverse stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Significant attention to detail required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field;

advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles, preferably in the

healthcare or related industry

Must be a certified HootSuite Professional

Advanced knowledge of design software packages, e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Canva is required.

Proven track record of driving results through effective marketing strategies and initiatives

Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices in marketing and

branding

Advanced competency using Google Office products as well as the use of other analytical

tools and databases
