Responsibilities

• Provide patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Manage patient care by delegating tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective patient care plans.
• Ensure smooth communication of patient information with assigned staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure number.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitation or geriatric nursing settings.
