Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Helper to join our facilities maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the nursing center and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Perform minor repairs to various aspects of the facility, including handrails, windows, flooring, and electrical equipment
- Change filters on HVAC equipment and carry out other maintenance tasks as required
- Stock and manage supplies, and assume maintenance supervisor responsibilities in their absence
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe and clean
