- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Oversee the development of bid proposals and provide guidance on pricing strategies.
- Conduct risk analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines during the estimation process.
- Participate in negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely budget forecasts and cost reports to support project planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of estimators and cost analysts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Sage Estimating).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Salary : $141,000 - $160,000
