Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Managing the plant's engineering projects and coordinating with external contractors
- Overseeing the maintenance of production equipment and ensuring minimal downtime
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively
- Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
- Collaborating with other departments to support production goals and resolve maintenance-related issues
- Participating in budget planning and cost control efforts for maintenance activities
- Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or plant engineering role

- Proficiency in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary : $87,375 - $104,850
