- Design and implement maintenance, repair, and improvement projects for plant equipment and infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all plant machinery and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and facilities, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes and address technical challenges.
- Manage and oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.

- Advanced knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning software and CMMS systems.
