Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product compliance strategies and processes
- Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations
- Review and interpret regulatory requirements to inform product design and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance throughout the development lifecycle
- Lead compliance assessments and risk assessments for new and existing products
- Stay updated on relevant industry standards and regulations to inform compliance initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to product compliance
- Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and auditors
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance issues and requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO, FDA, FCC)
- Experience in conducting product testing and risk assessments
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to product development
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple compliance projects and priorities
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RAC) will be an advantage
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
