Job Responsibilities include:
The Customer Care Representative handles all incoming customer traffic for the service department, schedules appointments, makes outgoing calls to customers who have recently had service to their vehicle, along with several other tasks.
- Responsible for handling incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
- Assists customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
- To greet customers as they walk-in to the service department and direct the flow of customer traffic
- Responsible for creating a great customer experience from the time they schedule their service to the time they pick up their vehicle
- Responsible for initiating calls & emails to recent customers for follow up on their recent service experience
- Works as support for the Service Department to provide highest level of customer service to all customers
- Responsible for collection of any customer information and paperwork
- Position involves building great relationships and working hand and hand with the service team to provide an unmatched experience for our customers
- Must be able to consistently self-manage, self-motivate, and multi-task
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Report directly to the Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
