Job Summary
As a Patient Care Coordinator at Genesis Back and Neck Clinic, you will be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional care to patients throughout their treatment journey. You will manage patient appointments, assist in treatments, and support the efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role involves working closely with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed while receiving their non-surgical spinal decompression treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, compassionate environment.
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and manage the clinic’s patient calendar.
- Assist patients on and off spinal decompression tables, ensuring comfort and safety during treatments.
- Operate the spinal decompression equipment according to the specific settings required for each patient’s treatment plan.
- Provide clear communication to patients about the treatment process, expected outcomes, and any necessary preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with clinic standards.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork, verifying treatment eligibility, and processing payment-related inquiries.
- Assist with patient preparation before and after spinal decompression therapy, including positioning on treatment tables.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure optimal treatment outcomes and smooth patient care.
- Keep the treatment area clean and organized, ensuring the clinic meets health and safety standards.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, filing, and managing patient records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
