Genesis Behavior Center is seeking a *Center Coordinator* passionate in leading a team toward delivering high quality *ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis delivering treatment to children with Autism* at Genesis Behavior Center in Sacramento area . Someone who is committed to professional development of staff and in building partnerships with families. The position is working at one clinic only. Hours are M-F 9am-6pm . This is a fulltime hourly position.
*Position requirements:*
* High School diploma required.
* Willingness to train and learn the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on Verbal Behavior (VB).
* Must be able to successfully secure state-mandated criminal background clearance and have a negative TB test & all other immunizations on file.
* Possess a valid CA Drivers License and have dependable transportation.
* Must enjoy teaching skills to children and have a positive attitude/enthusiasm and energetic active teaching. Required education: High School Diploma

* Possess prior experience leading a team of child care professionals
* Strong background and demonstrated success with running high quality preschool & school-age programs
* Experience working collaboratively with others, while creating an enjoyable work environment

* Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit on floor and run lightly
* This is an immediate opening position
* Must be able to work M-F

*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* As a leader for Genesis Behavior Center you will be responsible for managing all aspects director the center which encompasses but is not limited to:
* Ensuring the highest quality program for children. Setting center-specific goals to achieve and maintain compliance and program quality.
* Interviewing and conducting staff/ setting up staff training/ scheduling
* Communicating with parents
* Filling in for existing staff in emergency cases at the center
* You will also assist staff in the development of professional skills and while being responsible for communication and compliance of company policies and procedures
* Model developmentally appropriate adult/child interactions
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all times
