Job Title: Office Admin
Reports To: General Manager/Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Responsible for daily administrative support depending on operation needs. Follows
Genesis Business Management FL LLC policy and state guidelines in regards to operations of
vehicles, customer service, and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned).
1. Assist with staff duties involving payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, coaching, performance,
and other HR duties.
2. Performing daily time clock conciliation.
3. Assist with clerical support for the management team.
4. Handles travel arrangements and monthly expense reports for management.
5. Daily communication with employees about schedules and other requests.
6. Clerical duties of filing, answer telephones, send emails, operating copier and fax
machine.
7. Restock supplies and uniforms.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly office area.
9. Provide excellent customer service, good team work, and professional demeanor.
10.Maintain Genesis Business Management FL LLC standards for appearance and safety
by following dress code, PPE, and uniform policy.
11.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability
to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and
small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
situations.
Education/Experience:
HS Diploma/GED or AS/AA degree preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License - must meet insurance underwriting requirements
