Shift: (Open Availability and Must be available to work weekends).
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations and employees
- Communicating with employees and customers.
- Scheduling production meet deadlines
- Understanding customers needs and meeting all demands
- Enforcing quality standards with production
- Monitoring employee flow and work productivity
- Additional task or projects as defined by the City Manager and/or company.
Job Requirements
- Prior management and supervisory experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented and able to motivate employees
- Open Availability and Must be available to work weekends.
