Flooring Installer (Subcontractor)

Responsibilities :
- Install a variety of flooring materials, including carpet, sheet vinyl, wall & floor ceramic tile, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, and laminate .
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all installations to meet company and customer standards.
- Properly prepare surfaces for flooring installation, including leveling and removing existing flooring when necessary.
- Handle all necessary cutting, fitting, and finishing of materials for a seamless and professional look.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite during and after installation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
