As the CEO, you will develop business strategies and objectives, provide leadership, and oversee operations and ensure quality care. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure the company meets goals and increases profitability. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with excellent business acumen and a strong vision for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the 6400 regulations, Quality & Incident management
- Create and implement short and long-term business strategies
- Identify and address company weaknesses
- Provide leadership and foster employee engagement
- Promote the company’s vision, mission, and company values
- Oversee all operations
- Evaluate, track, and report on company performance and goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience as a CEO
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
