Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering high volume phone calls on multi-line phone system, computerized scheduling, new client intake, client check-in/check-out, maintaining digital files on EMR, billing support, provider support, and more in a fast-paced supportive and professional office setting. Applicants must be able to work IN OFFICE, independently, under pressure and in a team environment. Multi-tasking and people skills are required. Computer skills, customer service experience and strong work ethic needed. This is an IN OFFICE position with no WFH opportunities. No phone calls please.
