SUMMARY:
Genesis Gaming Solutions will provide on-the-job training for all aspects of the Bravo Pit and Poker Systems, and any systems related to the implementation and support of these systems.
The Systems Implementation Specialist is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and delivery of training offerings to GGS customers and employees on the proprietary products that make up the Bravo Pit and Poker Systems. The ideal candidate would be entry-level in the systems implementation and/or support field, who is looking for career development in the Casino Gaming Solutions industry. This role will receive significant training and will have a unique opportunity to travel to customer facilities and see a whole new side of some of the nation’s largest casinos. The Systems Implementation Specialist is a vital part of the team, responsible for client-facing system implementation that includes pre-configuring/prepping the applications for both existing and new clients, conducting training for front-line employees, monitoring system adaption, and being able to understand and present client data. The Systems Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing all learning/training components, including the gathering of training requirements and implementing the optimal learning solution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtain intimate knowledge of the back-end and front-end capabilities and configurations for all Bravo software and hardware modules.
- Performs system setup, configuration, UAT testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for each session.
- Deliver Training Programs/Modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule.
- Maintain responsibility for a measurement/evaluation process to ensure that training programs deliver positive business results and return on investment.
- Contribute to team planning for product implementation, training, and development schedules.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and one to three years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Above average PC functionality and proficiency desired
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Windows, Office)
- Experience with hands-on instruction / adult learning methods
- Experience conducting ‘Train-the-Trainer’ sessions
- Ability to learn software programs quickly and independently
- Confident presentation skills, and comfort speaking in front of clients, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Extensive travel required, approximately 40-50%.
- Casino Table Games Operations experience a plus (Bravo System experience a ).
