Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Genesis Biotechnology Group’s offices and common areas.

- General cleaning for office and laboratory work areas.
- Cleaning facility rest rooms and utility areas.
- Emptying trash and recycling containers.
- Maintaining inventory of consumable supplies for lab and/or office personnel.
- Cleaning and sterilizing lab glassware and plastic ware. (Laboratory custodians only)
- Sweeping, mopping and/or vacuuming of hard-surface and carpeted floor covering.
- Maintaining cleanliness of eating areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness of exterior grounds and parking areas.
- Cleaning of core building features such as chandelier, fountains and stairwells.
- Assisting Facility Maintenance Technician with minor maintenance activities.
- Ensuring work environment is safe and free of clutter.
- High School/ GED
