Job Description : Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Subrogation Paralegal concentrating on service of process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience filing and serving lawsuits throughout the United States and Internationally. This role requires strong organizational skills managing a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage service of process for lawsuits.
- Use all means possible to locate Defendants through online research and phone calls.
- Track and monitor the status of service of process to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare all relevant motions and affidavits regarding service of process including Secretary of State.
- Communicate with process servers, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of all service of process activities.
- Handle a high volume of cases, ensuring each is processed accurately and promptly.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.
- Prepare and file legal documents related to subrogation claims.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for subrogation cases.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
