We are hiring an Entry Level Manager to introduce, educate, and engage potential buyers with newly available products and services across the Omaha market. As the Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining new business through prospecting, creating and executing sales development campaigns, and conducting informative product demonstrations in and around the community.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager:
- Forge new connections by actively seeking out potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts
- Utilize a consultative approach and attentive listening skills to understand the unique needs and preferences of potential customers
- Address all inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions
- Manage your portfolio of customers from initial contact to finalizing the sale, maintaining oversight throughout the entire sales process
- Consistently meet and exceed new business and sales goals with the management team
- Collaborate closely with both the executive team and account management to drive revenue growth for specific campaigns
- Serve as a representative of our company and our client, embodying their core values and compliance standards in all interactions
Entry Level Manager Qualities:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Entrepreneurship is preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, management, or new business development
- Reputation as a high performer and proven experience exceeding goals in sales or customer service
- Interest in learning and developing a strong understanding of the client industry
- Time management skills and the ability to properly prioritize
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
