Qualifications

- Experience with Enterprise ERP, CRM systems, custom tools, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of tools such as SmartSheets and JIRA.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Understanding of business systems, infrastructure, and operational processes.
- Able to prioritize, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
