Genesis Health Clubs Tri-State is seeking a dedicated and energetic Summer Camp Lead Counselor to oversee our summer camp program. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment for all campers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of counselors to deliver high-quality camp experiences
- Designing and implementing engaging camp activities that promote learning and fun
- Supervising campers and staff to ensure safety and adherence to policies
- Building positive relationships with campers, parents, and staff
- Mentoring junior counselors
- Managing behavior and conflict resolution among campers
- Maintaining and adding to schedules and activity planning

Ideal candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Demonstrated experience working with children or in a camp setting

Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous camp leadership experience
- First Aid and CPR certification (Paid Training)
