The HVAC Service Technician will :
- Diagnose, repair and replace a variety of HVAC systems and components
- Complete installation of new units when necessary
- Develop an appropriate preventative maintenance schedule for all HVAC system equipment and perform maintenance accordingly
- Work with the Maintenance Team at each club location to ensure HVAC systems are operating properly and remain in good repair at all times
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure available resources for HVAC / R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; tracking and ordering HVACV / R parts through approved company channels
