Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Pilates Instructor who is a self-starter, energetic, health & fitness minded, and loves to help others feel better, move better, live better.
We are seeking Instructors / Trainers with weekday & weekend availability. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Part time or Full time. Opportunity to work 6-20 hours per week with flexible schedule. At least one year experience teaching Pilates is preferred, but we will work with new and non-certified Pilates Instructors wanting to learn and invest in their skills and career. Experience in fitness, dance, yoga, or mind-body movement practice a plus. Also, in need of Instructors interested in working with mature clients, and those in need of a post-rehabilitation, therapeutic approach.
Job Responsibilities :
- Instruct effective, motivating, and safe Pilates Training / Workout sessions
- Use a variety of Pilates equipment / exercises in small group and one-on-one settings
- Manage individual schedule and clientele scheduling
- Manage administrative processes needed for session sales and payroll
- Regular communication with management, co-workers, and club staff
- Provide Demo sessions for members and co-workers
- Participate in department / club promotional campaigns
- Participate in department In-services and staff meetings
- Promote self and program to prospective clients
- Regular follow-up and outreach with clients / prospective clients to grow business
