Job Description
We are seeking a vibrant, HIGH ENERGY professional with a love for nurturing the next generation of tennis stars. As a Lead Tennis Professional, you will develop and deliver a dynamic, high-energy, and fun tennis program for youths aged 3-12 under the guidance of our Tennis Director and Club Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising all tennis professionals in the program, ensuring high standards of teaching and engagement.
- Handling program development, on-court delivery, scheduling, fee collections, and staff supervision with a focus on growth, retention, and high-standard tennis delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree preferred.
- USPTA/PTR certification or commitment to achieve certification.
- A play level of 3.
