We are seeking an Experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in delivering unparalleled legal counsel and embodying our commitment to advocacy and client empowerment.

What You’ll Do

• Legal Advocacy: Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, with a focus on Family Law, Criminal Defense, or Personal Injury.
• Client Engagement: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and legal strategies tailored to their needs.
• Case Management: Oversee case files, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced attorneys and staff to deliver cohesive and effective legal solutions.
• Community Impact: Contribute to initiatives that promote the firm’s reputation and outreach, strengthening our ties to the communities we serve in Arizona and Michigan.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• At least 2 years of experience in Family Law is required. While experience in Criminal Defense (DUI) or Personal Injury may be considered, we are particularly seeking candidates with a proven track record in Family Law, including areas such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and parenting plans.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience managing cases from intake to resolution.
• Proficiency with legal practice management software and tools.
