We are seeking an Experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our vibrant team. Your role will be critical in keeping cases organized, ensuring seamless communication, and embodying our commitment to advocacy and client empowerment.
What You’ll Do
- Case Management: Maintain detailed case files, track deadlines, and ensure all documents are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and fostering trust throughout the process.
- Document Preparation: Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Research: Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other paralegals to develop legal strategies and ensure smooth case progression.
- Court Filings: File documents electronically and in person as required, adhering to jurisdictional requirements.
- Trial Preparation: Organize exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders while coordinating logistics to ensure readiness for hearings and trials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
