Job Description :
HOME DAILY Local CDL B Driver
Union City, CA
Pay : $319.48- 375.04 per day based on route.
Work / Life Balance Schedule :
Estimated dispatch times : 5 : 00pm, or 6 : 00pm depending on route assignment
10 hours per day, including freight loading time
Home every day , 5-day work week, with 2 consecutive days off.
Role requires work on the weekends. Days off will be during the weekdays
Availability to work holidays.
Touch freight food service delivery.
Job Description :
Delivering food to convenience stores with refrigerated trucks (no sales, staging, or merchandising)
Drivers are responsible for loading their own trucks at the start of their shift
Multi-stop delivery routes 8-20 stops per shift, depending on route assignment
Drivers are required to load and unload their own trucks.
Paid orientation and training
Membership in Teamsters Union after probationary period
Pay Description :
323 - $340 per day; Pay is based on the driver's daily route assignment.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of DOT verifiable straight truck driving experience.
Touch freight delivery experience preferred
Valid Class B operator's license
Must be 21 and have a safe driving record.
Ability to load / unload using a hand truck and ramp / lift gate.
